Railey Hegler
America's International Miss Lifetime Queen
Railey Hegler from Lancaster, SC is an honor student in the Fine Arts program for voice in sixth grade. She started her platform “Ray of Sunshine“ in 2017 to give back to her community by random acts of kindness. As a 5 time Gold Presidential Service Award recipient, Railey strives to be a light in people’s lives by showing kindness. She is a singer, scholar and one day hopes to be a marine biologist to help save our oceans and marine life. She is America’s International Miss Lifetime Queen.
Eleanor Carson
America's International Miss Lifetime Queen
Eleanor Carson is a 17 year old senior at John Paul II Catholic school. She is currently the America’s International Miss Lifetime Queen. She is most proud of her involvement with the Epilepsy Foundation which has been the focus of much of her community service. At the age of six she was diagnosed with epilepsy. She believes it’s important to share her story and raise awareness.
Ellie enjoys cheering under the Friday night lights. She is a four time UCA All American cheerleader. As an All American, she has participated in the Walt Disney World Thanksgiving Parade and the London, England New Years Day Parade.
Ellie plans to attend Anderson University and obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology: Pre-Physical Therapy.
